All of our products are hand checked before they are packaged and dispatched so it is highly unlikely but should you find a fault with your purchase please let us know within 7 days and we will make arrangements to refund or replace your item. If an incorrect size is purchased in error, we are unable to refund but are happy to exchange for a better fit! Shipping is completely free worldwide. We use royal mail first class recorded for all domestic shipping and royal mail airmail/airsure for all international shipping.
